Step-by-Step Breakdown

Log into Gamma

Go to gamma.app and log in with the credentials below. You can also access Gamma from your BizBroker+ account → Broker Center → Broker Toolkit.

Upload your CIM draft

In Gamma, click "Create New" then select "Upload a file." Upload your CIM draft document.

Select "Document"

Choose the "Document" option when prompted for the content type.

Enable "Preserve exact text"

Make sure the "Preserve exact text" option is checked to keep your content intact.

Click Continue

Proceed to the next step by clicking Continue.

Set page format

Go to Page Setup and select "Letter" size with "Scale content to fit" enabled.

Customize your CIM

Add your own images and make any edits needed to polish the document.

Create cover & contact images (optional)

Click the three dots menu (⋯) and select "Export" to download your finished CIM, ready to sell your listing!
